Providing Effective HVAC Solutions

We specialize in delivering HVAC solutions for residential & commercial buildings so as to develop efficient indoor air circulation systems for required thermal comfort based on the size of your house, the local climate, and your budget.. Our solutions provide key insights to optimize heat loads, designs of ducts & placement of indoor units which can establish effective heating and cooling temperatures inside the required premises as per the human comfort conditions.

Installing a New AC System

If you are constructing a new home/office or renovating an old one, We help you to build quality into your air conditioning system! If it needs to be replaced, now is the time to do it. The question is, what’s involved in the installation of a new AC system. This will include setting up copper piping between indoor & outdoor unit, control wiring, installing a new indoor unit, putting in a remote, and more. Generally, this takes between four and 10 hours, depending on the circumstances. After the installation is finished, our team will instruct you on how to manage your new AC, including how to set the remote and perform regular maintenance.

Ventilation Systems

Ventilation can take many different forms. Very generally, systems can be categorized into:
Exhaust-only mechanical ventilation
Supply-only mechanical ventilation
Balanced ventilation
Balanced ventilation with heat recovery
We believe that all homes/offices should have mechanical ventilation. With better-insulated, tighter homes/offices that ventilation is all the more important. But even in a very leaky building, one can’t count on bringing in much fresh air or calm days in the spring and fall when there isn’t a pressure differential across the building envelope. If budgets allow, going with balanced ventilation is strongly recommended.

Indoor Air Quality

Today's "tight" building construction traps pollutants inside. That's why, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), indoor air in "homes and other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air." Most people spend approximately 90% of their time indoors, so the health risks from pollutants inside are often greater than outside. Poor indoor air quality can cause dizziness and headaches and complicate allergies and asthma. Air purifiers, filters & heat recovery ventilators can introduce fresh outside air without wasting energy. Using central humidifying or dehumidifying equipment can also help improve indoor air quality.

Maintenance of HVAC system

Maintenance and energy management go hand in hand – both have the common objectives of:

Ensuring a building and its services continue to function reliably, efficiently and effectively.
Ensuring the health, safety and comfort of occupants.
Protecting and enhancing the value of investment in a building and its equipment.

Checking that HVAC systems are working as intended will help to prevent them from using energy ineffectively and also lower the risk of breakdown and spiralling costs. Hence, regular maintenance of equipment and controls makes good business sense.

HVAC components must be kept free of dirt and other obstructions in order for them to operate efficiently. The overall system should be serviced annually either by a maintenance technician or a professional contractor. Routine maintenance should be regularly undertaken to identify potential problems at an early stage.
